This is an archive of a blog written in 2010/11 when I was immersed in motherhood with two small children but found my scientific brain bursting to escape into the world.

I blog about nature, nurture and genetic testing. I am interested in how genes and environment interact to form our personalities, predispositions and neuroses and the impact discovering our DNA sequence will have on our sense of selves.

I went on to create a science outreach organisation exploring body awareness from an experiential perspective.
